Pastry Commis

We are looking for a passionate and motivated Pastry Commis to join our pastry team. The ideal candidate will have a genuine interest in pastry and baking, a positive attitude, and a strong willingness to learn and develop their culinary skills.

Job description:

• Assist the pastry team with daily preparation and production.
• Prepare ingredients, mise en place, and basic pastry components according to recipes.
• Assist with the preparation of cakes, pastries, breads, desserts, and other pastry items.
• Follow recipes, portion standards, and presentation guidelines.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety.
• Ensure proper storage and labeling of ingredients and prepared products.
• Keep workstations, equipment, and pastry areas clean and organized.
• Minimize food waste and use ingredients efficiently.
• Follow all company policies and health and safety procedures

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED2,800.00 per month
