Job Summary We are looking for a Bakery Commis to support the bakery team in preparing fresh baked goods. The candidate should be passionate about baking, follow recipes carefully, and maintain cleanliness in the kitchen.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing bakery items like bread, cakes, pastries, and desserts
• Follow recipes, measurements, and baking techniques accurately
• Support senior chefs in daily bakery operations
• Prepare ingredients such as mixing, weighing, and portioning
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the bakery section
• Ensure proper storage of ingredients and finished products
• Help in decorating and finishing bakery items when required
• Follow food safety and hygiene standards at all times

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in a bakery or pastry section
• Basic knowledge of baking techniques and ingredients
• Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
• Willingness to learn and grow in the bakery field
• Team player with a positive attitude
