Position Summary
We’re looking for a passionate, energetic, and detail-oriented pastry cook to join our growing team. The ideal candidate loves baking, has experience in a commercial kitchen setting.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily pastry and dessert production
• Prepare ingredients and follow standardized recipes and SOPs
• Assist with fillings, sauces, and dessert components
• Maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe workspace
• Follow production schedules and meet time targets
• Work efficiently while maintaining product quality
• Assist with opening and closing kitchen duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Basic baking or kitchen experience required
• Ability to follow recipes, instructions, and SOPs accurately
• Comfortable working early mornings and on your feet
• Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment
• Team-oriented with a positive attitude
• Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
• Food safety knowledge is a plus

Schedule

• Early morning shifts required (start times as early as –6:00 AM)
