- Previous experience in pastry kitchen
- Good knowledge of basic pastry preparation and techniques
- Able to follow recipes and maintain consistent quality
- Clean, organized, and attentive to detail
- Able to work well in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Positive attitude and good teamwork
