What they need
Responsibilities:
- Assist in daily pastry & bakery preparation
- Prepare ingredients and follow standard recipes
- Ensure consistency in taste, texture, and presentation
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of kitchen area
- Support kitchen operations during service
- Handle basic stock and storage (FIFO)
Requirements:
- Minimum SMK/Diploma in Culinary or related field
- Basic knowledge of pastry & bakery
- Good teamwork and positive attitude
- Willing to work shifts, weekends & public holidays
- Previous experience is a plus (fresh graduates welcome)
