We're growing, and we're looking for reliable and energetic Pastry Hands to join our Pastry team. If you're hands-on, physically capable, enjoy working as part of a team, and are keen to learn in a fast-paced production environment — we'd love to hear from you.

The Role

This is a full-time, hands-on role supporting our Pastry team with day-to-day preparation, production and general kitchen tasks. You'll work five days per week across a Monday to Sunday roster, with flexibility required for rostered days and different shift times.

Day-to-day, you'll support the team with preparation and production tasks, help organise ingredients and equipment, and maintain the clean and safe working environment needed to produce the quality products Sonoma is known for.

What you'll bring

• Physically able to perform a hands-on role and work on your feet throughout the shift
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment
• Reliable, punctual and able to work well as part of a team
• Flexibility to work across rostered days and shift times
• No previous experience is required — a willingness to learn is essential
