We are looking for an experienced pastry cook to help drive the mornings with our experienced morning team. The ideal candidate is able to work fast and clean, is detail oriented, and has experience cooking in a high volume restaurant. Offering vacation with tenure, and health insurance benefits options.

Daisies, is a midwest, vegetable-focused, Italian inspired restaurant, nestled in Chicago's Logan Square neighborhood.

Daisies has been awarded a Michelin Green Star for sustainability (2023 & 2024), a Michelin Bib Gourmand (2018-2024), New York Times 2023 Restaurant List, James Beard Award Semi-Finalist (2024), Jean Banchet Awards "Best Restaurant" Finalist (2024).

We believe we are a place where creativity meets tradition; our ever-changing menu (i.e. seasonal, changing sometimes daily in the summers), crafted around Midwest-grown vegetables and handcrafted pastas, is looking for someone to join our dedicated prep crew and hone their skills under our chef team.

The majority of our ingredients are sourced from our own family's farms in Michigan.
