Pastry Retail Assistant

Key responsibilities

• Assist with daily pastry shop operations and ensure the outlet is clean and well-organized.
• Serve customers, take orders, handle payments, and provide friendly customer service.
• Arrange, display, pack, and replenish pastries and desserts.
• Assist with basic pastry preparation, packing, and other kitchen tasks when required.
• Check product quality and ensure proper food handling and hygiene standards.
• Assist with stock checking and restocking of ingredients, packaging, and retail items.
• Assist in preparing and organizing customer orders for collection and delivery.
• Participate in social media content creation, including occasionally appearing on camera for TikTok and Instagram promotional videos.
• Perform other duties related to daily outlet operations as assigned.

Requirements

• Friendly, energetic, and comfortable interacting with customers
• Willing to appear and participate in TikTok videos
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Retail/F&B experience is an added advantage
