Position: Patching & Vulnerability Management Advisor

Location: Pune/Bangalore

Work Type: Hybrid

Job Type: Full Time

• Execute patch deployment and vulnerability remediation activities across supported infrastructure and applications, ensuring completion within defined SLA timelines.
• Investigate and resolve routine patching issues.
• Support patch compliance and cyber hygiene objectives by monitoring assigned remediation tickets, tracking overdue vulnerabilities, and following established governance processes.
• Maintain accurate operational records and reporting, updating remediation status, documenting outcomes, and providing progress updates to stakeholders.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives by identifying recurring issues, work on automation and enhancements, and maintaining patching procedures and knowledge documentation.

Years of Experience:

• Min 5 years Skills Patch Management, Vulnerability Management, IT Operations, Incident Investigation, Troubleshooting, SLA Management, Compliance Management, Cyber Security Operations, Ticket Management, Governance & Controls, Operational Reporting, Technical Documentation, Process Improvement, Automation, Stakeholder Management.
