Job role: Patent Analyst/Associate/Agent.

Experience:

3-6 years or more of professional experience in patent drafting and prosecution, primarily in the mechanical, electronics, 4G/5G communications, AI technologies, such as Machine Learning, Generative AI, NLP, and Computer Vision.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Drafting patent specifications, including claims, in mechanical, electronics, 4G/5G communications, AI technologies, such as Machine Learning, Generative AI, NLP, Computer Vision, and related domains.
• Preparing and filing responses to First Examination Reports (FERs).
• Handling and appearing in hearings before the Indian Patent Office.
• Coordinating with inventors and internal teams for effective prosecution.
• Managing patent prosecution matters independently and adhering to statutory timelines

Eligibility Requirements:

• Registered Patent Agent (preferred, not mandatory).
• Min 2 to 6 years of relevant experience in patent drafting and prosecution.
• Sound understanding of Indian patent law and procedures.
• Technical background in mechanical, electronics, 4G/5G communications, AI technologies, such as Machine Learning, Generative AI, NLP, Computer Vision, and related domains.
• Strong written communication and analytical skills.
