Patent Analyst

We prefer a candidate with a focus on patent searches, specifically Freedom to Operate (FTO) and patentability/novelty searches. Here's a detailed elaboration on the requirement.

1. The candidate should have prior experience (typically 3+ year) in performing patent searches. This experience should include familiarity with databases and tools used for conducting patent searches, interpreting patent documents, and assessing patentability and FTO.
2. The candidate should be comfortable analyzing patents from a variety of industries and be able to track and report trends in technology, innovation, competitors and market potential.
3. The candidate is expected to hold experience/working knowledge in the field of patent prosecution and drafting.

EDUCATION:

1. Graduation/ Engineer in Electronics/Electrical Engineering.
2. A strong technical understanding is essential for accurately interpreting patents in these fields, as it aids in the evaluation of patentability, technical novelty, and potential infringement risks.
