- Drafting of Complete Specifications
- Experience in IN / US / EP patent drafting
Prosecution:
Handling patent prosecution matters in IN / US / EP jurisdictions
Attending hearings before the Patent Office
Drafting pre-grant and post-grant oppositions
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Registered Indian Patent Agent (mandatory)
- Law degree preferred
Educational Qualification:
- B.E./B.Tech in Computer Engineering / Electronics Telecommunication (ENTC) / Information Technology / Artificial Intelligence / Data Science
