Patent Associate

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Patent Associate with 2 to 5 years of experience to handle trademark prosecution and opposition matters at our Ahmedabad office.

Roles and Responsibility

• Handle trademark prosecution and opposition matters efficiently.
• Conduct thorough research on trademarks and intellectual property rights.
• Prepare and file trademark applications and responses.
• Monitor and track trademark application status and deadlines.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance with IP laws and regulations.
• Analyze and interpret trademark laws and regulations to provide expert advice.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in patent law or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of trademark laws, regulations, and procedures.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with IP software and databases is an advantage.
