The role involves executing, leading, and analyzing patent search results, providing recommendations on validity and non-infringement, and overseeing the progress of patent reviews, reexaminations, and litigations.

Main Requirements and Qualifications

• B.S. degree in telecommunications related or IC related engineering disciplines, graduate degrees preferred
• 3 years minimum of patent prosecution and management experience gained in-house or in a law firm
• Working fluency in English and excellent communication skills are musts
• Experience in supporting IP litigations would be a plus
