Educational Background

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering

• Excellent command of English, especially in professional and technical correspondence.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Highly detail-oriented, with strong communication skills and a commitment to professionalism and work ethics.

Responsibilities:

• Communicate directly with clients, translators, and/or the Directorate General of Intellectual Property Rights (DJKI).
• Determine the need for corrections and/or follow-up (reminders) to both clients and/or the Directorate General of Intellectual Property Rights (DJKI).
• Perform translations and appoint (external) translators who will translate client documents.
• Determine whether the reminder process will be formal or informal.
• Provide advice and recommendations regarding complex letters written by new staff in the IP Department.
• Provide performance assessments and recommendations to the Lead of IP.
