Salary: $250,000 - $325,000 per year

A bit about us: We are a collaborative law firm focused on helping clients navigate complex business disputes, regulatory challenges, and other high-impact legal matters. Our attorneys work across a range of industries and practice areas, handling matters that require strategic thinking, strong advocacy, and a practical approach to problem-solving. We believe effective legal work comes from teamwork, preparation, and a commitment to delivering exceptional service. Our culture encourages lawyers to take ownership of their work, contribute meaningful ideas, and develop their skills through hands-on experience and mentorship. We value professionalism, accountability, and building long-term relationships with both clients and colleagues.

Why join us? We offer the opportunity to do sophisticated legal work in an environment that balances high expectations with strong support systems. Associates are encouraged to take on meaningful responsibility, work closely with experienced attorneys, and gain exposure to all stages of a matter rather than being limited to a narrow role. We invest in professional development through ongoing training, regular feedback, and mentoring relationships that help attorneys grow throughout their careers. Our team-oriented culture promotes collaboration, accessibility, and knowledge-sharing across practice groups. We also recognize the importance of community involvement and provide opportunities for attorneys to participate in pro bono and other service-oriented work while continuing to build valuable advocacy and client-development skills.
