Pathologist

The Providence Oregon Regional Laboratory and Pathology Services are seeking a full-time, board-certified Anatomic Pathologist/Clinical Pathologist who is also board-certified in Hematopathology. AP-only candidates may be considered, but AP/CP is preferred. The position includes signing out routine surgical pathology and hematopathology cases, interpreting flow cytometry and FISH studies, and participating in blood bank call coverage. Candidates with at least two years of post-fellowship experience in hematopathology, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with others are preferred. Additional training or experience in molecular pathology is highly desirable.

Providence Oregon Laboratories is a renowned network of labs consisting of a Regional Core Laboratory, a state-of-the-art Genomics lab and eight Rapid Response Laboratories in hospitals and medical centers across the state. With expertise in nearly all subspecialty areas of anatomic and clinical pathology, these facilities provide comprehensive surgical pathology, cytology, autopsy pathology, molecular pathology, and laboratory medical directorship services.
