The Pathways Supervisor provides day-to-day supervision, coaching, and support to Intensive Home-Based Clinical, Intensive Home-Based Support, Therapeutic Mentoring, and Family Peer Support team members. This role helps employees navigate complex cases, strengthen family engagement, maintain high-quality documentation, and deliver services consistent with Pathways, Medicaid, clinical, and organizational requirements.
Working closely with the Clinical Director, Human Resources, Operations, Billing, Care Coordinators, and community partners, the Pathways Supervisor supports employee development, caseload management, service access, quality improvement, and overall program effectiveness.

Conduct individual supervision, case consultations, coaching sessions, and team meetings while providing employees with timely and constructive feedback.
Support employees with complex cases, crisis situations, clinical decision-making, care planning, family-engagement barriers, and service coordination.
Promote family-driven, youth-guided, strengths-based, culturally responsive, trauma-informed, and community-based care consistent with the Pathways and Wraparound models.
Review assessments, Functional Behavioral Assessments, treatment and service plans, progress notes, safety documentation, and other clinical records for quality, completeness, medical necessity, and program compliance.
Monitor documentation timeliness, Medicaid compliance, productivity, employee performance, caseload distribution, service-initiation timelines, and client access.
Assign or redistribute caseloads based on employee qualifications, availability, geographic coverage, capacity, and program needs.
Participate in Child and Family Team meetings, care-coordination meetings, case consultations, and other interdisciplinary meetings as needed.
Complete intake sessions for prospective Pathways clients and gather information needed to support eligibility, referral, and service-planning processes.
Coordinate with Care Coordinators, schools, hospitals, crisis providers, community organizations, and other child- and family-serving systems.
Support recruitment, interviewing, hiring, onboarding, orientation, training, credentialing, and ongoing professional development for Pathways employees.
Partner with Clinical Leadership, Human Resources, Operations, Billing, and administrative teams to resolve documentation, authorization, scheduling, staffing, billing, workflow, and service-delivery concerns.
Support documentation audits, program development, quality-improvement initiatives, workflow changes, and corrective or performance-improvement efforts.
Identify and communicate trends involving compliance, productivity, caseloads, service access, employee performance, and program operations to the Clinical Director and organizational leadership.
