Job Description:

Schedule: This is a full-time, exempt (salaried) leadership position with hours varying based on departmental needs. The Patient Access Center supports clinic operations from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM, and occasional Saturday coverage may be required.

Location: Remote position with travel required between markets and clinic locations as needed.

• Ensures financial counseling functions are conducted according to policy and are helpful to all patients fairly.
• Oversees quality assurance measures.
• Completes all assigned reports and projects by the specified date.
• Manages overall ED Registration operations.
• Trains all new staff members.
• Ensures all customer service functions are conducted appropriately.
• Other duties as assigned

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Must be able to communicate professionally [Required]
• Must be able to use all Microsoft Office Programs such as Excel, Word, and Outlook [Required]
• Total Quality Management [Preferred]
• Quality Assurance [Preferred]

Education:

• Bachelor's [Required]

Work Experience:

• 5+ patient access management/supervisor experience [Preferred]

Licenses and Certifications:

• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) [Preferred]

Pay Range:

$68,286.00 - $127,008.00
