Marcam Associates is hiring multiple Patient Accounts Receivable Representatives to serve as patient advocates for hospitals and medical facilities nationwide. We’re looking for individuals who are positive, compassionate, professional, and genuinely enjoy helping others.

Prior customer service or healthcare experience is preferred but not required. New hires receive comprehensive training designed to build both healthcare revenue cycle knowledge and strong patient service skills. We also provide opportunities to earn Certified Revenue Cycle Specialist (CRCS) certification through AAHAM and offer opportunities for professional growth and advancement within Marcam Associates.

This is a phone-intensive position, and candidates should be comfortable spending the majority of their workday communicating with patients and helping them understand and resolve outstanding balances with hospitals and other medical providers. Because this is a remote position, successful employees must also be self-motivated, dependable, and able to work independently in a focused environment with minimal distractions.

Requirements:

· Dependable

· Customer Service - preferred

· Highschool diploma or GED - preferred

· Basic healthcare system knowledge - preferred

· Basic Computer knowledge

· Eager to learn new skills

Office Location: One location in Rochester, NH OR remote.

Work Remotely: Immediately after picking PC up from the office on your 1st day.

Job Type: Full-time, 40 hours/ week

Pay: ~38,000 Starting
