Patient Administrator

We are seeking an enthusiastic individual who enjoys the administrative side of dentistry. The Patient Care Advocate is responsible for :

• Greeting patients and visitors warmly over the phone and in person
• Inputting and maintaining accurate patient information (including insurance and personal information)
• Scheduling appropriately to best suit the flow of the practice
• Verifying insurance benefits of patients and their families
• Assisting and sending referrals to specialists office

This position requires medical or dental customer service experience, multi-tasking, and time management skills. Experience in dental or medical appointment scheduling is required. The right person for this job has the ability to be task orientated, good phone skills and has a friendly personality. Dentrix knowledge is preferred, but we will train the right candidate.

Office Hours: We are looking for a full time front desk adminstrator Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, 8-5 pm, and every other Friday 8-3 pm.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
