- Contact patients via outbound calls regarding outstanding medical balances.
- Explain account balances, insurance payments, adjustments, and patient responsibilities.
- Educate patients on available payment options and payment plans.
- Encourage timely resolution of outstanding accounts through professional and courteous communication.
- Address patient billing inquiries and resolve concerns effectively.
Requirements:
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1 to 5 years experience in Patient calling / US healthcare RCM.
