Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Patient Calling Associates to join our growing Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM) team in Bangalore.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle outbound and inbound calls with patients.
• Schedule and confirm patient appointments.
• Provide accurate information and deliver excellent customer service.
• Maintain patient records with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Follow HIPAA requirements and company policies and guidelines.
• Ensure a professional and empathetic approach while interacting with patients.

Eligibility / Requirements

• Excellent English communication skills both verbal and written.
• Experience in patient calling / healthcare calling is preferred.
• Willingness to work in night shifts.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
