A Ray of Sunshine Home Care is currently seeking reliable, compassionate caregivers to join our team and provide part-time care coverage for our long-term client.

POSITION OVERVIEW

This position involves providing personal care support for adult client with complex medical needs in a home setting. Caregivers must be dependable, attentive to hygiene needs, and comfortable working with medical equipment under established care plans.

CAREGIVER RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide care assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs)
• Maintain client cleanliness and skin integrity through routine hygiene care
• Monitor and maintain dry and clean environment
• Perform basic home care skills as outlined in care plan
• Follow all infection control and safety procedures
• Accurately document care provided
• Obtain responsible party signature at shift completion
• Communicate any changes or concerns to supervision promptly
• Part time hours available
• Consistent weekly scheduling
• Multiple caregiver positions available to ensure reliable coverage

REQUIREMENTS

• Experience with total care clients preferred/hoyer lift experience
• Reliable transportation and punctual attendance
• Ability to follow care plans and agency policies
• Professional, respectful, and patientcentered approach
• Must meet all AROSHC hiring and compliance requirements
