Patient Care Assistant/CNA

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated PCA/ CNA to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide essential support to clients in their homes. This role requires a strong commitment to patient care and the ability to work effectively with individuals of diverse backgrounds and needs.

Duties

• Assist patients with daily living activities such as toileting, bathing, dressing, grooming, and eating.
• Monitor and record vital signs, including temperature, pulse, and blood pressure.
• Provide basic patient care under nursing staff supervision.
• Assist with mobility and transfers.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients.
• Document patient care activities accurately .
• Provide companionship and emotional support to patients.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in long-term care, assisted living, or home care settings is preferred.
• Familiarity with medical terminology and documentation practices.
• Valid CPR, First Aid, fingerprint background check and TB test or willing to obtain swiftly.
• Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or special needs is a plus.
• Ability to work effectively in high-pressure environments.
• Excellent communication skills and a compassionate approach to patient service.
• Must be willing to undergo a background check.
