• Assist and coordinate with patients throughout their healthcare journey
• Handle patient inquiries and provide excellent customer service
• Coordinate appointments and patient-related concerns
• Maintain accurate patient information and records
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth patient experience

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• High School Graduate
• With 6 months–12 months BPO experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer-service oriented
• Organized, reliable, and willing to learn
