What We're Looking For:

Minimum of 2 years of experience as a dental office receptionist or patient coordinator

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Positive, patient-focused attitude

Experience with dental scheduling and practice management software

Dentrix Ascend experience is a plus

Key Responsibilities:

Welcome and check in patients with a friendly, professional demeanor

Schedule and coordinate appointments to optimize patient flow and office productivity

Present treatment plans and discuss financial options with patients

Process payments and insurance claims accurately

Answer incoming calls promptly and assist with patient scheduling and inquiries

Ensure effective communication between patients and the clinical team
