Coast Injury Medicine is seeking a dedicated Patient Care Coordinator to join our dynamic team at our newest location in Renton, WA. Responsibilities:

• Greet and check in patients upon arrival, providing them with designated paperwork and consent forms for proper record keeping.
  -Accurately document medical information in the electronic health record system (EHR).
• Coordinate with healthcare providers and medical staff to ensure seamless patient care.
• Handle patient inquiries via phone and in person while providing excellent customer service.
• Assist with administrative tasks to include (but not limited to) : appointment scheduling, incoming/outgoing phone calls, medical records, texting, emailing, faxes, etc.

-Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, including Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of front desk and patient waiting area.

Knowledge and Skills:

-Must be organized and detail-oriented

-Strong initiative and planning skills

-Excellent communication skills

-Bilingual- preferred.

• Familiarity with medical terminology and administrative support in a healthcare office environment preferred*.*

• Experience with Patient Electronic Health Records and Practice Management Systems; working knowledge of eClinical Works a plus

Education and Work Experience:

-High school diploma or equivalent

-Experience in a medical office setting required (experience in Orthopedic/pain management a plus)
