Patient Care Coordinator

Experience:
Minimum 2 years of experience in healthcare coordination, medical scheduling, case management, or medical-legal practice.

Strong knowledge of personal injury, workers' compensation, and/or medical-legal processes preferred. Experience with EHR and patient management software.

Job Summary:
Patient Care Coordinator serves as primary liaison between patients, attorney, referring providers, and medical staff.

This role is responsible for coordinating patient care, tracking appointments and procedures, obtaining approvals, tracking treatment plans, and ensuring seamless communication throughout the patient's course of care in a medical-legal environment.
