Experienced Patient Care Coordinator (PCC) – Dental Office

Are you a dental front-office professional who thrives on helping patients, maximizing schedules, and navigating insurance with confidence? We are looking for a highly skilled Patient Care Coordinator to become a key member of our growing team.

This is not an entry-level position. We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented professional with proven dental experience who can confidently manage insurance, claims, patient communication, and treatment acceptance while delivering an exceptional patient experience.

What You’ll Bring

• Minimum of 2 years of dental front-office experience
• Strong working knowledge of dental insurance verification, eligibility, benefits, and claim processing
• Experience submitting, tracking, appealing, and following up on insurance claims
• Proficiency with Denticon software (required)
• Strong treatment plan presentation and case acceptance skills
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
• Positive attitude, professionalism, and a team-first mindset

Key Responsibilities

• Verify insurance benefits and accurately explain coverage to patients
• Submit and manage insurance claims from start to finish
• Present treatment plans and discuss financial arrangements
• Schedule appointments and optimize provider schedules
• Answer phones and assist patients with questions and concerns
• Maintain accurate patient records in Denticon
• Help patients feel comfortable, informed, and valued throughout their dental experience
• Collaborate with doctors and clinical team members to ensure seamless patient care
