Patient Care Coordinator

Overview

Balto Plastic Surgery is seeking a professional and organized Patient Care Coordinator to support patients throughout their consultation and appointment experience.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist patients in person and by phone
• Schedule consultations and appointments
• Answer general questions about clinic services
• Maintain accurate patient information and records
• Assist with consultation and appointment preparation
• Follow up with patients regarding scheduled appointments
• Coordinate with clinical and administrative staff
• Maintain patient confidentiality and professionalism

Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer-service skills
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Basic computer skills
• Previous medical, hospitality, or customer-service experience is helpful but not required
• Ability to work professionally in a clinical environment

Pay: $25.77 - $28.63 per hour
