About Us

We are a fast-paced dermatology practice specializing in both medical and cosmetic dermatology. We are seeking an outgoing, organized, and patient-focused Patient Care Coordinator to serve as the primary point of contact for patients interested in cosmetic treatments. This role combines patient education, marketing, customer service, and sales while ensuring an exceptional patient experience from the initial inquiry through post-procedure follow-up.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to patient inquiries via phone, email, text, and social media.
• Conduct cosmetic consultations by educating patients on available treatments and recommending appropriate options based on provider guidance.
• Explain treatment pricing, financing options, and package pricing with confidence and professionalism.
• Coordinate and schedule consultations, procedures, and follow-up appointments.
• Build strong relationships with patients throughout their treatment journey.
• Follow up with patients after cosmetic procedures to ensure satisfaction, answer questions, and encourage continued care.
• Maintain detailed and accurate patient communication in the electronic medical record (EMR).
• Manage online reputation by monitoring and responding to patient reviews in a professional and timely manner.
• Assist with marketing initiatives, including promoting cosmetic services, specials, and patient education.
• Create and coordinate patient before-and-after photos and testimonials (with consent).
• Help increase cosmetic patient conversions through excellent communication and follow-up.
• Collaborate with providers and staff to ensure a seamless patient experience.
• Meet patient satisfaction and cosmetic consultation conversion goals.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in dermatology, plastic surgery, medical aesthetics, or a medical office preferred, however not required.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable discussing cosmetic treatments, pricing, and treatment plans.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced clinical environment.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and electronic medical records (EMR).

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience coordinating cosmetic consultations.
• Sales or patient conversion experience in aesthetics or healthcare.
• Familiarity with cosmetic dermatology treatments such as Botox, fillers, laser procedures, acne scar treatments, chemical peels, and skincare products.
• Experience managing social media, patient reviews, or marketing initiatives.
• Knowledge of financing programs and cosmetic treatment packages.
