Patient Care Coordinator

Our busy single doctor practice is in need of a dedicated patient care coordinator. Medical office experience preferred but not required. Training available for the right candidate.

• Complete vitals and drug testing on in-office patients
• Coordinate and administer Spravato treatments
• Complete prior authorizations for medications
• Assist with scheduling phone requests, email requests, and fax requests from patients, providers, and pharmacies.
• Cross-train as backup for the administrative staff
• Assist the physician with special requests
• Other duties as assigned

Pay: From $14.00 per hour
