Patient Care Coordinator

Patient Care Coordinator:
Monday-Thursday: 8:00am-4:00pm; Friday: 8am-12pm
A pediatric and adult Audiology practice seeking organized, prompt and outgoing front desk personnel. Must have the ability to multi-task in a busy environment and be willing to work well with patients and audiologists. Hourly/Salary pay dependent on experience. Monthly Bonus opportunities available.
Duties to include (but not limited to): Answering a multi-line phone system, Scheduling patient appointments, Patient Check-in and Check-out, Obtain patient insurance and billing information, Collect patient payments, Maintain electronic medical records, Light office cleaning, Other duties as assigned.
Education/Skills: Prior medical office experience preferred. Ability to work in a fast paced office environment. Clear speaker and able to communicate well with hard of hearing patients. Knowledge of Excel and Word, Maintain STRICT patient confidentiality.
