Patient Care Coordinator

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Coordinate patient care services, ensuring seamless communication between departments.
• Provide exceptional guest relations by handling patient queries, concerns, and feedback in a professional manner.
• Assist with front office operations, including scheduling appointments, managing waiting lists, and maintaining accurate records.
• Develop strong relationships with patients to ensure their needs are met and exceeded throughout their stay at the hospital.

Job Requirements :

• Arabic Language Must.
• 0-2 years of experience in healthcare or medical services industry.
• Excellent Arabic language skills (written & spoken) for effective communication with patients from diverse backgrounds.
• Strong front office skills for efficient coordination of patient care services.
