Pay: Starting at $20+/hour (DOE)
Schedule: Full-time | 5 days/week | Approx. 35 hours
Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Location: In-person | One location

We are Southwest Montana’s leading pediatric dental practice, and we’re excited to welcome a Front Office Specialist to our close-knit, energetic team! What We’re Looking For

• Dependable, self-motivated, and team-oriented
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn
• Experience preferred, but not required — we are happy to train the right person
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and stay organized
• Reliable and punctual attendance

Key Responsibilities

• Communicating with patients and families in English and Spanish
• Answering phones and scheduling appointments
• Greeting and checking in patients with a warm, welcoming attitude
• Coordinating insurance claims and financial arrangements
• Using basic computer systems and dental software
• Supporting a smooth and positive front office experience for every family
