About Advance

Dr. Derek Huddleston opened Advance in 2022 with zero patients because he saw how our healthcare system was missing the mark. Patients here spend an hour one-on-one with their doctor, with a plan built around their goals. We’re growing, and we want someone who wants to help build it. we don’t take ourselves too seriously, but we take what we do very seriously.

What you’ll do

• Answer calls and messages with warmth and clear information
• Reach out to people who asked for info through our ads and workshops
• Help people understand what to expect, including time and cost, then schedule their consult
• Stay connected with current and past patients
• Keep organized notes and follow-ups in our system

You’ll enjoy this role if

• Talking with people gives you energy, and you know when to listen

• You welcome coaching and put feedback into practice
• You follow through without needing constant reminders
• You’d rather be a team player than the star

Experience in customer service, hospitality, healthcare or fitness is a plus. We’ll train you on everything else.

Hours and your first 90 days

You’ll start at 20 hours a week, split between our Little Rock clinic and home, so you’ll need to be able to commute in. We can work around school pickup and other commitments. The first 90 days are for training and feedback, and they’re as much about you deciding if we’re the right fit as us deciding about you.

Pay: From $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20.0 per week
