What You'll Do

As a Patient Care Coordinator, you’ll play an important role in creating a memorable experience for every patient, from their first phone call to the moment they leave our office. Responsibilities include:

• Welcoming patients with a friendly smile and helping them feel comfortable from the moment they arrive.
• Scheduling appointments and assisting patients with questions in person and over the phone.
• Registering patients and accurately collecting demographic, insurance, and consent information.
• Checking patients in and out while collecting copays and payments.
• Helping patients navigate their visit and connecting them with the right team members when needed.
• Providing helpful, professional communication while ensuring patients’ questions and needs are addressed.
• Working collaboratively with your teammates to keep the day running smoothly and create an exceptional patient experience.

Pay: From $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32.0 – 40.0 per week
