• Psychotherapy Integration — therapy coordinated within the broader care model for unified, goal-driven treatment
• Telehealth — secure virtual visits for medication management, therapy follow-ups, and consultations, accessible wherever patients are stationed or deployed
• Medical Management — psychiatric evaluations and ongoing medication management by board-certified providers, grounded in a patient's full history
• Remote Therapeutic Monitoring (RTM) — tracking adherence, symptom progression, and treatment response between visits for more informed care

About the Role

Every patient who walks through our doors is looking for one thing: relief. As a Patient Care Coordinator and dTMS Technician at Anchor Minds, you'll be the person who makes that possible — greeting patients by name, guiding them through treatment, and making sure every visit feels like they're in good hands.

This is a hands-on, in-person role at our Colorado Springs clinic. You don't need TMS experience to apply — we'll train you on the clinical side. What we can't train is compassion, reliability, and genuine care for the people you work with, so if you already bring those, you're exactly who we're looking for.

What You'll Do Day to Day

• Deliver dTMS treatment sessions, following clinical protocol from start to finish
• Be the calm, welcoming presence patients see first — whether they're walking in or calling in
• Manage the day-to-day flow of the clinic: scheduling appointments, coordinating provider calendars, and keeping things running on time
• Handle intake paperwork, consent forms, and privacy documentation accurately and efficiently
• Support billing conversations and collect patient payments with professionalism and care
• Keep patient records and clinical documentation thorough, accurate, and current
• Draft internal correspondence, reports, and administrative materials as needed
• Uphold HIPAA and clinic compliance standards in everything you do
• Jump in wherever the team needs an extra hand — clinical or administrative

What You Bring

Must-Haves:

• A natural ability to connect with people, in person and on the phone
• Sharp attention to detail and the organizational chops to keep multiple balls in the air
• Comfort working in a healthcare environment where priorities shift fast
• Basic tech proficiency (scheduling systems, documentation software, etc.)
• Clear written and verbal communication skills
• A clean background check

Nice-to-Haves:

• Background in healthcare, behavioral health, or direct patient care
• Familiarity with medical terminology
• Credentials like CMA, EMT, CNA, or other clinical support experience
• Ties to or familiarity with the Colorado Springs community, including its strong military presence
