We are seeking a Patient Care Coordinator / Front Desk Concierge who embodies professionalism and compassion for our patients. This individual will serve as a welcoming face of our practice, setting the tone for a five-star experience from the first phone call to the final follow-up.

About the Role

In this pivotal position, you’ll ensure every patient feels valued, informed, and cared for throughout their patient journey. You’ll coordinate appointments, manage communications, and collaborate closely with our clinical and surgical teams to deliver seamless service in a fast-paced, luxury aesthetic medicine practice.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet patients with warmth and professionalism, both in person and over the phone
• Manage scheduling, patient intake, and payment processing with precision and discretion
• Coordinate care between clinical, surgical, and medspa providers
• Maintain an inviting, polished reception area that reflects our brand’s standards of excellence
• Support day-to-day administrative operations to ensure smooth patient flow

• Previous experience in a medical, medspa, or cosmetic surgery setting preferred
