  • Manage incoming referrals and prepare patient files

  • Coordinate insurance coverage, pre-authorizations, and claim submissions
  • Process payments, create invoices, and support inventory management
  • Support clinicians with day-to-day administrative tasks
  • Maintain clinic organization and professional presentation
  • Schedule equipment maintenance and repairs as needed

What We’re Looking For

  • Friendly, professional, and confident when interacting with patients
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Able to prioritize and manage multiple tasks at once
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn
  • Comfortable picking up new software and computer systems
  • Experience with EMR systems or in healthcare is an asset – but not required

What We Offer

  • Comprehensive Benefits Package
  • Company RRSP Matching
  • Paid Time Off

  • Meaningful work that genuinely improves patients' quality of life
  • Supportive, collaborative team
