Patient Care Coordinator/Customer Service

We are looking for a dynamic, professional and detail oriented Patient Care and Financial Coordinator to join our state-of-the-art dental office in Waterbury , CT. Responsibilities includes but not limited to: Scheduling patients. Answering phones with a pleasant demeanor. Insurance verification, . General office administrative duties. Checking-in and Checking-out patients.

Prior Medical Spa/ Dental Office / customer service experience will put you in a position to succeed

Calculating co-payments

Presenting financial arrangements as needed:Open Dental Preferred

Positive, upbeat, and professional demeanor.

Excellent communication skills

Excellent customer service skills.

Ability to work in a fast paced environment

• Preferred at least 2 years of experience in Customer Service
