Front Office Receptionist – Pediatric Practice

A growing pediatric practice in Greensburg is seeking a friendly, enthusiastic, and dependable Front Office Receptionist to join our team.

Responsibilities include:

• Scheduling and coordinating patient appointments
• Verifying patient insurance and benefits
• Checking patients in and out
• Answering phones and assisting families with questions
• Performing various administrative and front office duties
• Maintaining a welcoming, professional environment for patients and their families

Qualifications:

• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Friendly, professional, and compassionate demeanor
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Reliable, hardworking, and team-oriented
• Previous medical office or pediatric experience is a plus
