Peritoneal Patient Care Technician - $3000 Retention Bonus

We are seeking a Patient Care Technician (PCT) to support patients undergoing Peritoneal Dialysis (PD) in an outpatient setting.

In this role, you will provide hands-on assistance, patient education, and care coordination under RN supervision for individuals managing kidney failure at home.

Key Responsibilities Include

• Training patients and caregivers on PD procedures
• Supporting the clinical team with patient monitoring, documentation, and equipment preparation
• Managing home supply inventory and coordinating deliveries
• Monitoring vital signs and collecting lab specimens
• Maintaining equipment and ensuring safety compliance
• Collaborating with nurses, dietitians, and social workers

Qualifications And Skills

• High School diploma, GED, or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and insurance
• Comfort with medical supplies, blood, and needles
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• Physical stamina for long, on-your-feet shifts
• Healthcare experience (e.g., CNA, MA, CHT, phlebotomy) preferred
