Patient Communication [Night shift]

Key Responsibilities:

Patient & Provider Communication: Handling inbound and outbound calls for appointment scheduling, re-scheduling, cancellations, same, patient concerns.

Information & Inquiry Management: Providing information on healthcare services, understanding insurance policies, and interpreting Explanation of Benefits (EOB).

Data & Documentation: Accurately documenting calls, managing data reports, and ensuring all information is entered correctly into systems.

Quality & Compliance: Adhering to strict quality standards and maintaining the confidentiality of patient information.

Compliance: Adhering to industry regulations, HIPAA regulations, and staying updated on coding and billing practices.

Shift Timing: Willingness to work continuous night shifts to align with U.S. time zones.
