Patient Coordinator and Trainer

• Support all aspects of the online consultation process, including front desk activities such as scheduling appointments and answering patient queries
• Receive and perform patient calls (approximately 70 calls per day)
• Respond to emails
• Accurately book, reschedule, and cancel online consultation appointments
• File and maintain patient records, both digital and physical, accurately and confidentially
• Make review/follow-up calls to patients for booking appointments
• Provide live support to patients during the online consultation
• Assist patients with the payment process in accordance with organisation policy (cash, credit card, and credit transactions)
• Coordinate with doctors on daily consultation lists and flag any scheduling conflicts to the Senior Patient Coordinator
• Assist patients with basic technical troubleshooting for joining video consultations
• Should involve in multitasking roles and switch to other roles on need
• Attends daily, weekly, and monthly team meet.
