Patient Coordinator Arabic-speaking

We are looking for a female Arabic-speaking Patient Coordinator to join our dental clinic in Dubai.

The ideal candidate will be confident in communicating with patients, following up on inquiries and leads, coordinating appointments, and supporting the patient journey from initial contact through treatment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming patient inquiries through phone, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
• Follow up with leads and existing patients to encourage consultations and appointments.
• Coordinate patient appointments and ensure smooth communication between patients and the clinical team.
• Explain basic treatment information and assist patients with their inquiries.
• Maintain accurate patient and lead records.
• Follow up with patients after consultations and treatments when required.
• Support the clinic in achieving patient conversion and follow-up targets.
• Provide a professional and welcoming patient experience.

Requirements:

• Female, Arabic speaker.
• Fluent in Arabic with good English communication skills.
• Previous experience in a dental or medical environment is required.
• Previous experience in tele-sales, patient coordination, or healthcare customer service is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident, organized, and comfortable speaking with patients over the phone.
• Professional appearance and a patient-focused approach.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced clinical environment.
