Patient Coordinator

We are looking for a International Patient Coordinator to join our clinic.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and maintain patient records
• Schedule and manage consultations, procedures, surgeries, and follow-up appointments
• Welcome patients and assist them throughout their clinic visits
• Communicate with patients by phone and messaging regarding appointments, procedures, and follow-ups
• Ensure consent forms and required documents are completed before procedures and surgeries
• Collect and record patient payments
• Check that required equipment and materials are ready before procedures
• Organize daily patient flow and scheduling
• Take and organize before-and-after patient photos
• Assist the plastic surgeon and clinical team with daily patient coordination

Qualifications

• Good to advanced English, both written and spoken
• Minimum 1 year of professional experience; experience in healthcare, medical aesthetics, or plastic surgery is preferred
• Native or professional proficiency in Turkish
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Patient-focused and professional
• Able to work effectively as part of a team
• Comfortable using basic computer applications and digital communication tools
