Milk Orthodontics is a specialist orthodontic practice with clinics in Newmarket and Albany. We create beautiful smiles for children, teens and adults, and we want every visit to feel warm, easy and fun.

About the role

We are looking for a bubbly, warm Patient Coordinator who loves being with people. You will be the first face our patients and families see, and you will make them feel at home from the moment they walk in.

This role grows into Treatment Coordinator. We will train you to guide new patients through their first visit, explain treatment options and payment plans, and help them start treatment. No orthodontic experience is needed. We teach you everything.

This is a full-time, Monday to Friday role working across both our Newmarket and Albany clinics.

What you'll be doing

• Welcoming patients and families with warmth and energy
• Booking and managing appointments across both clinics
• Answering phone, email and online enquiries
• Guiding new patients through their first visit
• Learning to present treatment options and payment plans
• Keeping the front desk calm, tidy and running on time

You must have

• The right to work in New Zealand: NZ citizenship, residency or a current work visa. We cannot sponsor visas.
• A current home in Auckland. We cannot consider applicants who live overseas or outside Auckland.
• A full NZ driver licence and your own reliable car
• At least one year in a customer-facing role such as hospitality, retail, beauty or reception
• Excellent spoken and written English
• Availability for full-time hours, Monday to Friday, at both clinics

About you

• Bubbly, confident and full of energy with people
• Organised, quick to learn and comfortable with computers
• Dental or orthodontic experience is a bonus, not a must

• $28 to $32 per hour
