Patient Coordinator

Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Patient Coordinator to join our mental health wellness clinic. The ideal candidate will serve as a key point of contact for patients, providing education on various interventional treatments such as Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) and Spravato, as well as functional wellness treatments including Emsculpt NEO. This role requires excellent communication skills, a compassionate approach, and prior experience in medspa, aesthetic clinic, or plastic surgery settings. The Patient Coordinator will play a vital role in guiding patients through their treatment journey while ensuring a positive and informative experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist patients, creating a welcoming and professional environment.
• Educate patients on interventional mental health treatments including TMS and Spravato, explaining procedures, benefits, and expectations.
• Provide information about functional wellness services offered, specifically Emsculpt NEO.
• Coordinate appointments, follow-ups, and treatment schedules to ensure smooth patient flow.
• Collaborate with medical staff to facilitate patient care and address patient inquiries effectively.
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information.
• Support the clinic’s operations by managing patient communications and providing exceptional customer service.
• Stay informed about the latest developments in interventional mental health treatments and wellness procedures to effectively educate patients.

Requirements

• Proven experience working in medspa, aesthetic clinic, or plastic surgery clinic is required.
• Strong knowledge of interventional mental health treatments such as TMS and Spravato is preferred.
• Experience in educating patients about wellness treatments like Emsculpt NEO is essential.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a compassionate approach to patient care.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to handle scheduling and record keeping.
• Professional appearance and demeanor with a commitment to providing outstanding patient service.

Pay: $25.57 - $35.00 per hour
